Mindful Fitness: Working In & Working Out

This class combines fitness with mindfulness, offering exercises that focus on different body parts or systems each session. Expect a workout with the amazing Ramona that builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness, while also promoting emotional resilience and injury prevention. Suitable for all levels, it empowers you to connect with your body, find balance, and cultivate inner calm, leaving you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.

What to Expect:

  • Mindful Breathing: Start with grounding breathwork.  
  • Warm-Up: Gentle mobility exercises to prep the body.  
  • Focused Work: Target a specific body part or system.  
  • Strength & Flexibility: Mindful exercises to build strength and balance.  
  • Body Awareness: Cues to enhance movement and prevent injury.  
  • Cool Down: Gentle stretches followed by relaxation and guidedmeditation.

Ramona is a certified Expressive Movement Facilitator, specializing in somatic and therapeutic movement to support personal growth and healing. Drawing inspiration from expressive therapies like movement, art, and music, she helps individuals explore self-reflection and emotional resilience through bodywork. With experience in various movement styles and strength training, Ramona creates a balanced approach that nurtures both emotional and physical well-being.
